Here’s the detailed recipe to try at home:

First Marination:

• Ginger and garlic paste: 1 tbsp
• Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
• Salt: 1 tsp
• Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
• Hung curd: 3 tbsp

Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 30 minutes to let all the flavors infuse.

Roast and Blend Spices:

• Fennel seeds: 1 tsp
• Coriander seeds: 2 tbsp
• Cumin seeds: 1 tbsp
• Cardamom: 5
• Cloves: 5
