Evoker turning a blue sheep red, the reason it happened in that clip was because parrots have a low chance to copy any mob sound in the game.

The noise and 7:20 is an illager changing the color of a sheep dyed red to a sheep dyed blue. It's a reference to another game, with a medieval setting called Ages of Empires. Its a priest changing enemy attacker into friendly allies to help you fight.

7:14 idk how this happens naturally, but that's the sound of an evoker turing a blue sheep into a red one. why does it do that? It's a reference to a civilization game I think. Civilization II specifically. (I think?)

That sound is from thee 1997 Game Age of Empires, from the priest unit specifically.

It also plays in game if a evoked stumbles across a blue sheep, which it would then turn red
