CNC Fail Compilation

Here are some CNC.....fails....that we've come across from the internet. Enjoy. Please remember to be safe and wear safety equipment while operating these machines. (Side note: Motor City does not own these clips, we're just sharing some laughs)

I've done machining work over 40 years, first 15 yrs on manual milling and lathe, then also CNC.
First of the first things I learned was NEVER LEAN ACROSS A SPINNING WORKPIECE OR TOOL.

When I was an apprentice and learning all of this my teachers all hammered one VERY important lesson into my head. That lesson was : "A machine has no feelings. It doesn't care how good of a person you are. If it catches you, you are dead. End of F'in story." That lesson always stuck with me, most of all when I nearly lost my hand to a mill when I forgot to take off gloves and was clearing away chips. Glove caught the end mill, and sucked my hand in.

I'm a retired machinist, and I've seen some stupid shit. (Done some stupid shit myself). I did the same thing years ago ( 1:05 ) and caught big time shit for it! VERY DEADLY situation.

Please do not include fails with near death scenario, it is just horrifying rather than "haha your tool broke!"
