Well you asked for it, so here it is! My first ever EA FC career mode series, managing Arsenal. We're committing for at least one season, so if you want to see it continue beyond that, make sure you're watching, liking and commenting on all the videos! And before you start to panic, making FC25 content doesn't mean the Football Manager videos are going anywhere! We're allowed to enjoy both games!

To make tactical view more interesting, put the half length to minimum (I think it's 3 minutes) and put the difficulty to max. It will make both teams better, so won't affect results but will be better quality to watch

If you want to change your team before a match you press Y cause it says team management

watching in tactical view is the best way forward rather than quick sim :)

When you go to the squad tab in home. You can create team sheets. You can basically create a second and third team. So when you're playing against an easy side. You can skip to the match day and select which team you want to play with. Do you want to play with your first team or second team. You can also label it so It doesn't get confusing.

The cutaways can ALWAYS be skipped! :) Hold A on the controller and it will skip to the next scene, you can hold A a lot more than you think and it makes the gameplay faster

I don’t know if it’s changed this year but in every other career mode, simming matches is pretty much just random. The amount of times I’ve been one of the best teams in the world with the best players only to get beat at home to bottom of the league… then beat someone in the UCL 3-0… it’s like the tactics, roles, quality etc just doesn’t matter when simming games

I'm loving this series. As far as I know, there's no way to have the stats display while you're watching tactical view, but there's lots of great details in the "Match Facts" and "Performance" tabs in the pause menu

i do like how EA have animated all the fancy flicks you could ask for, but every time someone dribbles with the ball they look like they've never seen a football before and they're scared it's going to explode.

Catches the ball at 66:38, rolls out it out at 68:20. Bit extreme on the old time wasting from Raya, but he was helping cling on to a 3-1 lead I guess. What a game lol.

You can make it 4 mins halfs in the settings.

Quick Sim has been broken forever. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to accurately reflect team stats or tactics into account. Its very random.

Its actually what got me into FM years ago. I wanted to do a save where I managed the team but didnt do the gameplay, and I couldn't in Fifa.

If you want to focus more on bringing in talents from the academy, I suggest you look for players with 80+ potential. And another thing. Don't sell them or cut their contract just because they have a really low rating, cause If they have a potential of 80+ they'll reach that potential within the ages of 20-24 depending on how much you play them. And I suggest you give them a-lot of game time like 5 matches when they're called up to senior team, so they'll have 'good form'. So when you loan them out like the first season they're called up, they'll get lots of game time in their new club, as the game tends to play players who are in form, regardless of their rating.

Been playing FM since it was Champ Manager and never thought I needed more than it offered but this sets the bar high for FM25

I love the depth of FM but it needs the interactions like this game has as they look much more meaningful and less likely you just spam space bar

3D view needs a speed setting. Or what would be perfect would be 2D mode with goal highlights in 3D

To make permanent changes to your line up use the Team Tactics on the main menu and to make temperary changes (ie for that match only), as others have said, press "Y" for Team Management BEFORE Kick Off. Hope this helps.
