In the corporate world my funda is simple. I would give myself a minimum 2 years in a company to give my 100% to do my best in whatever the tasks have been assigned to me. Meanwhile, I will also look into the leadership behavior of my boss in all the aspects related to my performance. After having done all the hard and smart work still I feel if the recognition is not there to keep me to stay I will do whatever I have to, to jump the ship. There is no way you can counter your boss to make him a right or wrong boss its an absolute waste of time.

At the end of the day, my only takeaway should be that I developed my skill to great extent in the 2 years I invested with that company. With that confidence on the back of my mind, I will build my next career path. Like the word Perfection, the term Loyalty donot exist in the corporate world so there is no right or wrong as long as you are skilled enough to sail through the seas. Period

Sir i dont know if you are going to read this... i know you are trying to bring people in right path with your experience but there is also negative effect on us and people like me are going for depression.. my dad who used to be hotel server with a non working mom spent lakhs to get us quality education, i am already in my 30s with 10 yr of experience not married, but untill last year i was thinking to get married and take up the responsibilties but your words are making us to check the reality but when we do that, we think what my parents dreamed of what i dreamed of is coming to a standing halt i dont even know now should i get married and leave a depressed life, i take up courage to do something but being an introvert and socital pressure and lack of idea i am not even able to do that.. i feel sorry to say this but some time when i sleep i get get anxiety issue and think why dont my heart stop and dont be peaceful for eternity, i should not think like this but couldnt help myself due to information overload, i am just telling you this because people like us will also be wacthing your videos.. please try to sugar coat things
