Grilled Pineapple Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1-inch thick grilled pineapple round
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 2 oz. silver tequila
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz. Torani Lime Syrup
- 1 lime wheel, for garnish
- Ice
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, muddle together fresh lime juice, Torani Lime Syrup, pineapple juice, and 3 chunks grilled (or canned) pineapple
Add tequila, and ice; shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with remaining grilled pineapple chunk and a lime wheel
