I feel you, Jeremy! Everyday is my neck and spine workout day. You are going to get back to better than where you were before! I have had two separate cervical diskectomy with fusion one with instrumentation from two separate people rear ending cars I was in. the accidents were 14 years apart. I first one was when i was I was 22. The surgeon told me I had the spine of a 45 year old. I asked him if that meant i would have the spine of a 67 year old when i was 45? He didn’t get it and proceeded to give me a list of things i could no longer do. I said forget that and went to work on rebuilding my body so i could do everything on his list of things i supposedly could no longer do. Nucca Chiropractic along with the Chek Institute life changers for me. Keep rebuilding! Love your work especially Wind River!

I had a life saving lung transplant 9+ years ago and then major spinal surgery (I got rods and screws though not as many as you). You are such an inspiration to me as I am still going to physical therapy and I exercise 5 days a week. But when I’m struggling I think of all you’ve been through and how you are fighting so hard to get better and it helps. 👏👍
