Nicholas Ferrell: Libraries are still relevant today!

Nicholas Ferrelli is an instructional librarian at Centenary University, New Jersey. He shares his journey from a secondary school teacher to finding his passion as a librarian. Holds two master degrees: one in teachers’ education and the other in library science. He answers pending questions about the relevance of the library system as it stands in todays' digitally transformed society. We discuss the role library plays in digital equity, bridging gaps in access to technology, and competes with AI-driven search engines, such as Google, Bing, and Duck-Duck-Go.
