Clint, curious about your thoughts on the following. My understanding is that incorporating in Nevada is still a good idea as in the event you were to be sued the creditor is still unable to become a shareholder in the company, they'd only be entitled to distributions. I see this as a major plus as it can prevent a creditor from becoming a majority shareholder and liquidating the business. With this being the case, wouldn't it still be beneficial to incorporate in NV and register to do business in your home state?
