Excel Email Validation

Validate email addresses in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet with Data Validation. You can prevent people from entering invalid email addresses and check for and remove invalid email addresses that may already exist. It's a simple custom formula.

This seems to circle lots of valid email addresses, maybe 40% of the whole list, and they seem to be valid.

I think you should give an email validator a try if the formula doesn't work. Zerobounce, for example, has even a free trial and you can even check if an email would bounce.

Its working fine... but not picking all the unwanted characters.. ex - "%", "$", "#"
