Symach FLYDRY

The Flydry is a robot that can dry every parts of the vehicle; it is normally installed inside multiple prep stalls, for body filler and primer and or also inside spray booths for waterborne and clear.

The Flydry is composed of one automatic column that can rotate 360°, all sides and the top of the vehicle. It has one arm with 2 different infrared Drytronic lamps that can move automatically in every position, top and down, covering also every different angles of the vehicle’s profile.

The Flydry dries the parts involved in the treatment without a limitation of length and height, like with electric infrared, this is because the drying is done from the moving of the robot all along the vehicle’s surface to dry, the only limitation is the working stall’s length and width. The Easydry robot has a built-in database of formulas for drying any automotive paint manufacturer’s waterborne/solvent basecoat and clear coat systems. The technician selects the brand and paint system to be applied. The robot then automatically manages the drying treatment for distance, color, paint thickness and climate. The automatic adjustment and control of the treatment are based on a built-in laser that constantly reads the quality of the drying process.

The Flydry is available in two different models; one is for normal sized vehicles and the second one is for the commercial vehicles, one robot can be used in up to four working stalls. In new projects, Symach normally installs multiple Flydry; inside body stalls for body filler, inside the conveyor for primer and inside the FixStation, the booth for the one panel repair, for preparation and paint.

The Easydry robot dries any and every brand of paint, primer, and body filler. The drying speed is around 32 inches per minute, for example, it dries the length of a vehicle’s door in less than two minutes, compared the electric infrared, it is 7 time faster.

Flydry è perfetto per ogni tipo e dimensione di carrozzeria, sia con volumi medi che alti: è sicuramente un impianto per tutti, versatile e di rara efficacia. Lo si può utilizzare per stucco, fondo ma anche per la verniciatura, senza impegnare la cabina forno.

Un Flydry può servire fino a quattro stazioni di lavoro e un preparatore può eseguire fino al triplo delle preparazioni che fa comunemente con il sistema convenzionale.

La colonna del Flydry è orientabile a 360° per raggiungere l’essiccazione in ogni lato del veicolo; il braccio lampada è orientabile di 180°, e permette la totale copertura del profilo del veicolo in verticale o in orizzontale; i movimenti di essiccazione e di spostamento tra zone sono automatici.
