How plumbing and electrical wiring are handled in SIP wall panels.

Enercept’s factory-installed electrical chases and plumbing vent chases make installation of wiring and plumbing vents in the exterior wall easy to do. Chases are marked on the interior sheathing of the panels for easy identification. Roof panels can be pre-wired in the factory with one wire per panel when permitted by the local building officials. Simply drill access holes through the sill plate and top plates for access to the electrical chases.

You did not show how the wires are fed into the wall. You mention coming up through the sill plate, but how do you locate where you want to drill??

Why Could You NOT Go With Raceway Wire mold Would Seem To Be The Most Logical Choice e Easier. There For Eliminating Cutting Into The Wall.

How do you go with screwing fixings into the walls post drywall/plaster and making sure electrical isn’t penetrated?

What if I need wiring to run where there isn't a chase provided? Also, is there a special tool for coming up through the top plate of a traditionally framed wall into a roofing/ceiling SIP, turning the corner, up there, cutting through the foam horizontally to find the nearest chase, and then pulling wire back through those turns? Also, do you melt the chases through the sip panels with a type of iron?

After some carful planning, I'm left with one 2" vertical plumbing vent that I would prefer to run inside a 61/5" sip. I assume that a vertical chase can accommodate this?

Alot of talk....but nobody demonstrated the "ease" of installing the plumbing or electrical
