With the Primera AP360e (one label apply) and AP362e (one label or front and back labels apply) it’s possible to speed up label apply to bottles (and any other cylinder containers) by 6 times faster than hand apply. There are adjustable guides so the position of the labels on the bottle can be set and repeated so all the applied labels end up in the same place on the bottles.
The cycle time per container is 3 or 4 seconds including placement time so it’s possible to label 20 per minute or 1200 per hour. All the labels are put on square to ensure they all line up on the display shelves.
