when a dish is held, does the kitchen receive the information on the order printout ?
This would allow to :
-Notify the waiter in case of stock shortage
-Be ready when the dish is released
-Remind the server if he forgets to check the status of the table.

If a hotel guest who has an allowance of $50 dollars set up in opera pms visits a restaurant in that hotel which uses symphony as their POS, when the cashier tries to post the charge in symphony will the cashier see if the guest used the 50$ allowance or not ?
