Amazing song came out around when we had 3 great radio stations here in New York. 92.7 Ktu, 98.7 Kiss fm and 107.5 WBLS.Now all we have left is WBLS.My beloved 98.7 KISS was a brand new station when this song was out. I like the positive message this song was trying to send the youth back then.No matter what no matter how I was blessed to have been raised in this era. RIP Sharon Redd you gave us true classics that will last forever.

This song brings back some good memories! I remember WBLS with Frankie Crocker the chief Rocker! When Frankie's not on your radio, your radio isn't really on! Thanks for posting.

I remember listening this one while I was going to school at Great Lakes Naval Station, we used to listen to it during the lunch mix on some radio station from Chicago. I wonder why no one has ever sampled it.
