Too robotic sounding vocals. Makes the presentation seem disingenuous. Wish Mirka rep in SoCal wasn't such a disappointment. I told the guy I was ready to put hase find me a dealer and not only could he not find me a dealer to process the sale but he made me a whole bunch of commitments he could never fulfill. Result of all of that, I went with the festool. Way easier to obtain and no car salesman dressed up as a outside sales consultant feeding me crap and not able to finish a dealer to even make the sale. Blew my mind that a sales person wouldn't snatch that sale up. Easiest dale on the planet when someone calls you, knows more about your product technicalities than you, and asks to purchase. Still couldn't get it done. Figure it out Mirka because you're losing he battle on drywall sanding against festool and you should not be. Mirka tech is better and engineering is better but your losing because of Customer service and availability. You should really not put up with anybody less than a top tier salesperson they are detrimental to your business.
