Assalamu alaykum, I'm Muslim and I was born and raised in Switzerland. Many places make fondue without alcohol, you just have to ask. And if you wanna make fondue at home, you can replace alcohol easily with water or apple juice. It's also possible to use milk. 😊

The perks of living in a Muslim country is that we have legit all the alternatives for the Haram ingredients you talked about. So I have basically eaten all these foods but they were completely Halal😊

I'm a catholic myself, but I don't want my Muslim friends to accidentally eat something forbidden, so this is rather educational. Nice video!

The thing that makes a food haram or "not allowed" to eat depends on the ingredients. Cheesecakes are not haram, unless there's gelatin inside.

Yes I'm Muslim and I have eaten soy sauce with sushi and I did not know it was haram. And this video really helped me so we all appreciate it. So keep us with your great videos. And Allah will protect us all from harm things. Amen

Gelatin can come from different sources, my local store has marshmallows made from halal beef gelatin. A local halal restaurant informed me that blue cheese dressing and battered fries are sometimes processed with ingredients derived from pork
