if we send this form to 100 people to fill out on a first-come-first-serve basis, and they all try to fill it out at the same time, will the form still prevent double booking? Will the meetings be verified in real time? We've used other software where this many users signing up at once caused double booking as submissions were not registered quickly enough.

Here's my biggest challenge: Each Zoom class has a different Meeting ID / Zoom Link. I do not see this meeting link going to the student when they sign up. Why?
