Karen lied about not having feelings for him because she knows that she can’t live the life that Graham wants. Even though Graham begged to her (in the show) to be with him and that he’s willing to settle under Karen’s conditions just to be with her, she declined it because she doesn’t want to take away the life that he always wanted to have. She’s so strong for letting him go and to go through her life with a broken heart and still pursued her own dream.

It's a shame that Graham and Karen's relationship didn't end so well, but at least Graham was happy with his wife and children. It seems like Karen still harbours some feelings for him by the end.

Shocked to see that Suki Waterhouse did not fake an American accent in the show, considering that her character was American in the book. But when you consider the band that Daisy Jones & The Six were loosely based on, you find it an acceptable change.
