bought this a year ago used once, tried recharging batteries and bad battery indicators started beeping, called energizer and was told it has a lifetime warranty not sure if they will send me new unit or purchase coupon. just for kicks I inserted the batteries in a different charger for 30 minutes then put them into the energizer charger and it is lighting up normal now seems to be charging. Not impressed but everyone should try calling energizer for a replacement.

Same here - bad bettery indicator for any battery I put into this charger. 15sec in another charger, back to Energizer Pro and voila, batteries are not bad anymore and being charged. What a rubbish.

Trash. Recharged batteries once and now says the batteries are bad. WTF?

Have had mine for 7 months. Works good with AA batteries, but beeps with the AAA. It is showing that it's charging. But when your deployed and sharing a room, the beeping can be annoying for everyone. Once home I'll try Mr. Smay way. I do like the fact that I don't have to buy batteries all the time. Especially since sometimes there are not any to buy.

I just purchased a new set of batteries as a back up from Home Depot and the "bad battery" red light came on after 30 seconds of charging! BUMMER! I am going to return them.

Six months old and now says even the batteries that cane with it are bad. Absolute shite and my second Energizer to fail within a year... but no more. Switching to an alternate brand now...

No problems for me I've charged over 20 batteries so far not a single one coming up bad.

ok i have this charger. worked well fora while but it beeps on the left side, no matter what batteries i use. all batteries still work on the right side.

I can not get a full charge on the batteries with this charger. It says full I take out place in controler and controler shows 3/4 charge.

I bought the Energizer Recharge Pro Charger. The first time and still my energizer chargers blinking and nor recharging batteries. Is the charger the problem? Because my batteries and the batteries from the charger do the same blink and dont charge

i got it last week it worked the first night but now none of the lights are turning on i don't know if its working and not showing the battery percentage or if its not working at all

got mine to work charging just 2 batteries by inserting them on the same side of the charger, I couldn't figure out why the LED's just flashed and went out, probably in the instructions

I tried to put two double A's in there and it wouldn't charge. But, when I put all four in there it's charging. Does it matter which side of the unit I put the two batteries?

So I got one of these today. I played for a couple of hours til the batteries ran out. I charged them but they're "bad batteries". How are they bad if they came with the battery charger

This thing is not upto standard. First time I used it I got the "Bad Battery" Beeping noise. So then I swapped the batteries around. DId not work. I removed one battery and left only 3 batteries in and swapped the bad battery;s position and then it worked and stopped beeping. Now im just waiting for it to charge. Hopefully it will work. You will need to probably do something simillar.

Mine cannot be used except for the specific 4 batteries it came with. It does charge in about 4 hours, BUT absolutely will NOT charge any of my other Energizer batteries. If the plan is to force me to buy another entire set of batteries just for this one, FAIL. My old Duracell chargers charge everything you put in them.
