Did You Know... Appendix Eight of the ACH Rules is Going Away?

In November of 2018, the NACHA membership voted and approved a Rules change that affords greater flexibility to financial institutions, Third-Party Service Providers and Third-Party Senders conducting annual ACH Rules Compliance Audits.

This change removes Appendix 8 from the Rules, consolidating the rules for the annual audit into one section in the Guidelines. The intent is to provide a more efficient process with less potential for user error.
