Το Λουτράκι (μέχρι το 1922 Κάτω Πόζαρ) είναι χωριό του δήμου Αλμωπίας, της Περιφερειακής Ενότητας (πρώην νομού) Πέλλας, 13 χλμ. δυτικά της Αριδαίας. Η επίσημη ονομασία είναι “το Λουτράκιον”. Έδρα του δήμου είναι η Αριδαία.
Σύμφωνα με την απογραφή του 2011, το Λουτράκι έχει 1.146 κατοίκους. Βρίσκεται σε υψόμετρο 260 μέτρων.
Στο Λουτράκι υπάρχουν οι μεταλλικές πηγές Λουτρά Λουτρακίου ή Λουτρά Πόζαρ που αναβλύζουν σε θερμοκρασία 37°C, με αξιόλογη χημική σύσταση. Το θερμό νερό έχει ιαματική δράση και είναι πόσιμο. Επισκέπτες το χρησιμοποιούν για λουτροθεραπεία, ποσιοθεραπεία, τόνωση και χαλάρωση.

Η λουτρόπολη απέχει 3 χιλιόμετρα από το Λουτράκι και βρίσκεται στην κοιλάδα του ρέματος του Αγίου Νικολάου. Το παλαιότερο όνομα του ρέμματος ήταν "Τόπλιτσα", που σημαίνει στα σλάβικα, σε ελεύθερη μετάφραση: "Θερμοπόταμος". Η κοιλάδα ακολουθεί τις στροφές του ποταμού, με πολλούς τεχνητούς καταρράκτες (μέρος των αντιπλημμυρικών έργων, κομψά εντεταγμένων στο περιβάλλον), έντονη βλάστηση και βραχώδεις, απόκρημνες πλαγιές εκατέρωθεν.
Οι λουτήρες είναι δύο ειδών, μικροί των 3-4 ατόμων που ονομάζονται και "μπανιέρες" και μεγάλοι των 20 ατόμων που ονομάζονται "πισίνες". Σε αρκετά σημεία επίσης το ζεστό νερό αναβλύζει ελεύθερο και χύνεται στο ρέμα (εξ ου και το όνομά του)]. Η χρήση του νερού ως ποσίμου είναι ελεύθερη, από μια κρήνη δίπλα στο εστιατόριο της Δημοτικής Επιχείρησης των Λουτρών. Λειτουργεί επίσης και μεγάλη ανοικτή πισίνα των 25 μέτρων (με βάθος από 1 έως 2,80 μέτρα), η οποία τροφοδοτείται με ζεστό και κρύο νερό της περιοχής.

Loutraki (until 1922 Kato Pozar) is a village in the municipality of Almopia, in the Regional Unit (former prefecture) of Pella, 13 km west of Aridaia. The official name is "Loutrakion". The seat of the municipality is Aridea.
According to the 2011 census, Loutraki has 1,146 inhabitants. It is located at an altitude of 260 meters.
In Loutraki there are the mineral springs Loutra Loutrakiu or Loutra Pozar that spring up at a temperature of 37°C, with a remarkable chemical composition. The warm water has a healing effect and is drinkable. Visitors use it for spa therapy, positherapy, toning and relaxation.

The spa town is 3 kilometers from Loutraki and is located in the valley of the stream of Agios Nikolaos. The oldest name of the stream was "Toplitsa", which means in Slavic, loosely translated: "Thermopotamos". The valley follows the bends of the river, with many artificial waterfalls (part of the flood control works, elegantly integrated into the environment), dense vegetation and rocky, steep slopes on either side.
Bathers are of two types, small for 3-4 people which are also called "tubs" and large for 20 people which are called "pools". In several places also the hot water gushes freely and pours into the stream (hence its name)]. The use of drinking water is free, from a fountain next to the restaurant of the Municipal Enterprise of Loutra. There is also a large outdoor swimming pool of 25 meters (with a depth of 1 to 2.80 meters), which is supplied with hot and cold water from the area.
A complex of about 15 caves has been discovered in the area, with abundant finds from prehistoric times, which are exhibited in the small museum of Loutra. The area has been declared a cave park (Almopia Cave Park) and is the first of its kind in Greece.
