Great video. I'm considering swapping my 3600X for the 5800X3D, and putting in a 4070TI Super. I'd be curious about these same tests but at 1440. Thanks for sharing.

Those AMD frametimes. Pay attention to 1% lows and the spikes on the frametime graph. Every spike is potential micro stutter. The 5800x3D suffers badly in some games where Intel offers much more consistent frametimes. Average framerates mean nothing, it's all about consistency, I'd take a 13600k over a 5800x3D any day of the week.

That vottleneck on the 13400f is insane. And peippe want to act like its not a massive bottleneck and believe me guys its felt with micro stutters and other things. If you csnt see the issues great enjoy but me I can in person.

If you notice the gpu usage qas over 20% less

Just like the 5700/5800X3D are a nice upgrade for those already on AM4, the i5 13600KF is a nice upgrade for those with weaker CPUs on a LGA1700 DDR4/DDR5 board.

I testted the 13400f against the 12700k in a 4080 super they were almsot always within 5 to 6 fps of eachother on average. So yeah idk the 23400f is drf a rebranded 12600k idk why your results seemd so far apart. Doesnt make sense at all.

Also at 1440p ultra and 4k there was 0 difference thats beteeen any of these cpus. I dont get ylyr 5800x3d results the 13600k beats out the 5800x3d often everywhere else.

The 13600k as hardware unboxed and gamers nexus proved actually beats the 5800x3d on average. This entire test seems off my dude.

Is it worth paying too much for it if play at 1440p and even more in 4k resolution?
