Believe it or not, that’s the hardest shot to do. Low stinger with an open club-face and an in to out swing-path.

Look at that strength in the leading arm. Keeps that club right on plane.

Thing is this is the swing path recommended to hit a draw only that ball definitely looked like it was fading.
Also every time i try to do this i get a fade. Only way i can draw is by turning the toe of the club head during impact

Pause at impact. Most teachers call this early extension. Most over diagnosed fault out there. Koepka humps the goat like non other.

Plays slightly ABOVE the plane line. All we hear is shallow, shallow, shallow, but guys like Duval (old days), Kuchar, and Koepka make gobs of cash playing ON TOP of the plane. For most people, getting deep and then on top just a bit, ala Koepka here, is the simpler and best way to strike it.

It seems it doesn’t matter where you are in the back swing as long as the butt of the club is pointed at the ball in the down swing. No?
