Another tip: if you’re a jungler don’t steal lane’s first bunny xp. Early game is important for everyone, you don’t like it when someone steals jungle on you so don’t steal their very first farm! ( also don’t steal jungle from your jungler)

I think Jake has a legit effect on the solo queue meta and I'm thankful he's using that power for good

Is useful but how do i get an actual team

Since Spragels didn’t mention it, the jungle buff timers run on a one minute cooldown. So if you take a buff at 9:42, it’ll respawn at 8:42. This is why you’ll see experienced junglers do the buffs first before the Baltoy. The sooner you put your buff spawns on cooldown the sooner they’ll respawn. That way, you’re not left waiting for the second rotation. While, yes, you can use the icon near the corner of your screen as a timer, it can become inaccurate when you take the enemy jungler’s buffs after winning the 1v1 since it refreshes the timer. But the basic logistics is that, ideally, you want to grab your buffs twice before the 8 minute center birds.

The most important advice:
If you like to play jungle, and one teammate took it, don't bother him! Play another role.
You don't like when the team mess up your rotation, so DON'T DO IT YOURSELF!

This is the hardest roll to play, a bad jungler makes you lose a match

This was super helpful, especially as a lower-level solo Q player. Would love to see more instruction content like this, especially for fighting at objectives and what to do when nobody shows up to ray.

YESSSS Jakey pls keep these instructional videos coming they're so important, especially for solo players!

Would you consider maybe doing a defender guide? I've played too many matches where the trevenant or mamo was clearly only playing it because we "needed" a defender, but they don't actually understand why...

I love how that Zacian missed 90% of his moves, yet still almost killed him <3

The spectating examples were a great addition to the video, I know this is just a basics vid but I think it’s worth mentioning that as the game progresses some your allies can benefit from clearing the jungle for exp or take one of the buffs that specifically benefit that ally like blue for sp attackers and red for the auto attackers

This was honestly super helpful! I don't usually go center but sometimes I have too in solo. Thanks as always Spragels!

So here's my opinion and what I do. After killing the Xatu, immediately take the red buff. This is to prevent/punish jungle invaders because if you have the red buff on you you're auto attacks will slow the enemy's move speed. This is the only way to jungle.

I would have liked to hear you elaborate on late jungle. After your first 2-3 rotations imo it's fine for any teammate to grab the experience if needed. Some players lose their mind if you take any of that exp at any time in the match.

I know this is all personal but if u are able to clear your jungle then successfully gank on a lane it often helps to clear as much of the opposing sides jungle as possible and maybe steal a buff so that the opposing jungle is always a step behind

Me who finishes jungle at 9:20: I am 4 parallel universes ahead of you

Thank you for getting this out. Bad center players was a huge reason I stopped playing. So few players understand this role. Nothing gets under my skin quite like a jungler who never returns to center after the first clear.

Great guide! In beggining I tend to see which members go top or bottom and lead myself to the lane that looks like it will need more support and is lacking secure (so if bottom is weak i will lead red buff and work my way down, or vice versa..its very important to know who is maining where and keep an eye on the mini map. Im still a new player, but ive found myself in the right place at the right time by using this strategy..really helps keep momentum, but nothing is full proof. Gotta read the situation, as jungle it seems more important.

I think you should have divided the rotation in categories depending on the strenght of the Pokémon during the first gank. If I'm playing greninja I usually choose my strongest lane, if I'm playing urshifu I prioritize my weaker lane that needs the most help. And also maybe mention the little delay on clear that you can make to ensure that you get more comeback experience

Very nice and useful! I would love it if you would make a tutorial/guide about stacking since I don’t really understand everything about it and what items to use even tho I hear you refrence it a lot in videos :)

Thanks; this will help a lot. I was thinking of trying Zoroark or Dodrio since I have limited licenses, Zoroark’s on rotation, and I have a free license box with them as the most expensive, but I was getting lost in the jungle and struggling big time. I think I might prefer lane as it seems more reactive and free-flowing compared to how choreographed this is, but it’s worth trying.
