Who else has made a killing on Broadcom stock? Buying more? Holding? Selling?

My biggest winner too. I grabbed 38 shares at 300 bucks. Loving it!

@17:21 Because V has actually underperformed the market for no legitimate reason except for "omg the consumer isn't spending." or "omg the consumer sentiment is poor" or "omg Apple pay is taking over market share" when people are failing to realize its a network and not a credit card company.

I like Visa too which is why I own both.

Every time I've sold a few shares, i have always regretted it later. I'll keep holding onto them as i believe their growth cycle is just starting.

Never sold the shares i bought at 380. It’s nearly 100k now

But why all at once? Also, even if the price corrects, its dividend is still growing faster and at a better yield. I like Visa but I don’t think selling Broadcom for it makes sense.

Hi, Why AVGO went down and still going so deep down? What is the bottom price that can hold? should investors sell it now due to recent 20 % decline from all time recent highs ?

I only had a partial share from back when the stock was 445 a share. I ended up buying a full share because my broker would have sold my position and created a taxable event when the split happened. Not giving up this position that easy

Buy b4 the 10:1 split if you can, as it's going to run.

Does that mean the dividends will be .52-.67 cents a quarter?

Bought 50 @ 238 in 2020. Stopped looking at my Schwab acct sometime in 2021 and recently came back to the acct to see some big losers (PayPal/MPW) and a few huge winners (AVGO/IRM/ABBV). Just sold 10 shares AVGO that covered my initial purchase. Everything left is pure profit. If it continues going up from here I’m going to have to pare back again. Not looking to have 1 stock being 12-15% of my overall portfolio…

Hey Zach, I’m an investor from Canada who invests in both Canadian and American stocks and have them in the same portfolio. I recently purchased your stock research tool and when I upload a Canadian stock it is showing it in American dollars. Is there a way to change this? It seems to convert the price of the Canadian stock into American with the current exchange rate but this is just not ideal.
