“We Have No Idea who we are” Israel’s Identity Crisis

That feat alone should be lauded because it restored the land that once was and made its fruits ripen and feed the hungry. You are the people of the land of Israel, reconnecting with it in a way that others cannot fathom.

I always knew that I was Jew, and my family's story of the Pogroms, told me that you can never get to comfortable and that there may come a time where you must flee like your grandparents. This I knew, what I didn't know is the place that Jews come from! Everyone was from somewhere, but Jews?! Where are Jews from?! To me, that was a question, one no one could answer! My father tell me about Israel and how he supports Israel existence, but no one told me about the place, the connection! So many Jews ✡️ especially in the Diaspora know of Israel 🇮🇱 as the Jewish State, but our connection to the land, the heritage, the bond has been severed because we don't or stopped saying that we are from the land of Judea! Regardless if one agrees or disagrees with Israel 🇮🇱 existence or political views, the reality is Jews are from Judea, and Judea is in Israel 🇮🇱
I am a Jew therefore I come from the land of Judea, which resides in Israel, I am not Israeli, but I am Jewish and Judea is in Israel therefore I a Jew support Israel because that is where Judea is, my ancestral homeland!!

After I read that, I never had any identity problems.

God blessed and gave Ishmael and his descendants plenty of land mass to live on! The Arabs have been successful and possess many wealthy countries, all according to God’s word.

It is a temporary issue with the willfully uninformed. People grow and learn.
Note that it is the first instance in my lifetime when some of those young willfully uninformed ones include Jewish individuals. Recklessly-toxic social media has been impactful.
I do appreciate that sort-of "rethink" of Chosen status to those who Chose (during this critical time) although it is primarily Christians who shine so much light upon this; more or less against the wishes of the Jewish people, understandably.
