My little brother loved this movie. He watched it almost every morning when we where kids. He died in 2013 by an accident. This movie always reminds me on the good time we had with him.

20 years ago, I was 7½ years old, sitting in my dad's living room one evening and watching the first half of this movie with him. Earlier that day, he took me to blockbuster and I chose this vhs along with harry potter.
Later that night, I remember being in my bedroom home alone (at mom's house) and my dad was nolonger with me. And I finished this movie in tears. I related so much to Chihiro in that particular moment of my life, to the point of sealing these memories in my heart forever

Sadly, I lost my copy of this movie not too long after owning it. I brought it to a sleepover along with land before time, and never saw those vhs tapes again.

This year I hope to visit the bath house that inspired this movie. It's finally time to heal my inner child ❤

Just watched Spirited away again yesterday.. and I must admit I still feel the same vibe as it was when I first saw the film. Now that I am a father myself I would make sure my daughter watch this film when she could already comprehend its moral lesson.. I do hope my baby kaia grow up like chihiro that loves her parents so much.

I remembered this music when in scene Kaonashi chasing Chihiro in the restaurant and she takes train (sorry my English) suddenly this music played...my god...I can't close my eye ....after the end of music I realize my eyes full of tears. I was 12 years old when I watching this on the Disney channel. I particularly watched this scene only for the first time. Later I watched this whole movie when I was 18 years old still gave me the same vibe until now.

Rewatching Spirited Away for the third time since I first saw it in 2001 in the states. This movie will always have such a deep impact on me. It's the perfect film, and emblematic of the magic of Miyazaki, Hisaishi, Ghibli. This song coupled with Chihiro crying as she ate the rice ball deeply moved me.
