What is crazy about Kobe is that isolation refers to 1 on 1, but most of the time Kobe faced more than one opponent and still made the shot. What a legend!

The best part about this is that this is real iso basketball. 99% of the plays were against real wing defenders/players. Not a pick and roll to get a big on me then iso

People just do not realize how good Kobe really was. You don't see players nowadays that play like Kobe anymore. He was getting straight buckets on his primary defender straight out of iso, all while drawing consistent doubles . We’ve all seen the constant back and fourths between Kobe and greats like Battier, MWP, Bowen, Prince etc. In today’s switch heavy/high p&r style spread offenses, imagine guys like. Luka Doncic, Jayson Tatum, Jalen Brown, Ja Morant, Tyrese Haliburton, Anthony Edwards, Steph Curry, James Harden, Westbrook, Kyrie, Lillard on an ISO island 1 on 1 against a PRIME Kobe Bean fucking Bryant... RIP GOAT.

damn... I remember Kobe just straight buckets 1 on 1 iso breaking DOWN DEFENDERS.. dropping a casual 40 while guarding your best offensive wing player. We're not talking scoring on layups and floaters ... We are talking about getting, 40 or 50 dropped on your head on contested fadeaways, double teams, post jump shots, mid range shots, pump fakes, spin moves, off balance shots, circus shots, got u in the air with the and 1 fadeaway while contested...while being defended extremely well...
