Jake Paul is a terrible boxer. The man fought one low level boxer and he lost. MMA fighters and ex basketball players are not boxers. Jake is 0-1 in real boxing matches.

It doesn’t make sense to anyone but the mma fighter trying to make a quick and “supposedly easy” bag. Jake has been training for 6 years non stop strictly boxing. Ofc he’s gonna be somewhat decent enough to compete w someone that doesn’t have the reaction time that they once had. Have bad habits in boxing considering they fought in mma and fight in completely different stances. They think Jake is a walk in the park because there mma fighters when that doesn’t matter when it’s just boxing

But those guys had already spent years fighting better opponents in the amateurs. Jake wouldn’t look much better than the tomato cans against most pros and amateurs his age. Just look at the Fury fight. The dude Fury had the exhibition against on that one Mayweather card did a lot better than Jake, and I couldn’t even tell you his name without looking it up and I doubt any of you could either

i hate this thought that the fighters that boxers fight at 4-0, 5-0 are terrible, yes there not great but there opponents put in there for these boxers to learn the craft, work on things theyve learnt in the gym, i respect Jake Paul but i dont believe him when he says he wants to be a world champion if he did he would of went down the traditional boxer route but hes fighting well known MMA guys on PPV, it is what it is its a heist, hes trying to make as much money as he can

I think Jake is doing a valuable service in the long run for MMA fighters by putting a spotlight on how underpaid they are. Both with his words in talking about the issue and the need for a fighters union, and the obvious reason why so many mma fighters are clamoring to box him and box in general

If they were being properly compensated its likely none of this would be happening
