From what you have experienced, is the klx250 a reliable bike in the long run? (Only had mine for a couple months.)

I have the KLX 250SF, long story short, battery was suppose to be trickled charged and it was not.
Unhooked the charger, put the key, everything appeared fine, dash did its diagnostic, all lights were working, hit the start button and a SUPER LOUD POP!
Now I do know about the 3 fuses, (are there more?) and they all were perfectly fine.  But now I have absolutely no power.
Battery tested good at NAPA.  But still bought a new battery for back up.  New battery fully charged, confirmed at NAPA, and still nothing.  Any ideas?

yeah i just ordered this rediculously overpriced piece of kit because bump starting is a real no-go in mud.

not sure if you did, but by the looks of it you didn't.... before undoing the water pump housing you should remove the filler cap at the top to remove that pressure build up stops that coolant spraying everywhere you know I was wondering why you were in a wheel chair.... and it was blowing my mind as to your reason and why nobody asked so I thought you would say and I was waiting oh so patiently for the I like you reason, why wouldn't you need a chair with wheels at some stage.... makes sense to me :-) what for did you break when the screen went all grey?? What secrets are you hiding from us?? Did you find the orb if Isis in there??  but seriously, I think it is a great mod for the bike, will save your ass some stage down the track!!
