Hey Mitch, (I wrote you a book)

I have a customer with a low production enviroment. I created 2 Business Units, one for users and one for management. This customer want all users to have read acces to everything and has all email tracked in D365. So whennever a record is created (accounts/contacts/not emails) I have a workflow running that assigns it to the user team. Management has some records or activities they dont want to be viewed by everyone (lets say an email from the lawyer, something about an employee etc) So I have them assign it to the management Business Unit. Now you touched on this for about a second, but when they assign an email or activity to ''management'' but the owner of the account is ''team users'' will they (the users) be able to see that unerlaying email ?

Until i have a better solution I have management either delete the email from D365 or assign the account to ''Management''

Any advice on this matter?

Hi Mitch, I like this video and also subscribed. The security model will come in handy for my development exam. I had a question, that you might know. I was working with the mobile apps developer to create workspaces for mobile devices. Do you know if the security model architecture that is used for D365 also applies to the mobile environment, it would make sense that it is, but I can't find any information about this from microsoft. Thanks for your video and potential answer, and nice video thumbs up!.
