This is Michael. I love the sound. However GM needs to make a correction.
That sound kick-in was late. The eRay motor lays that torque down instantly you should hear that thing right away, not 3-4 seconds later.

thats so cool, its like were in a future. if you want ev power you can do that to keep your neighboors a piece at night, or disturb the crap out of them if you hate them, i would go that route

That isn’t what the electric motor sounds like, it’s what the sound engineers came up with that both mimics the build up of a supercharger and is high pitch, while also sounding electronic on purpose. Plus it only comes on while going full throttle and builds over time which makes u want to hit it over and over and over. Pretty cool
