Yep, the blizzard only works when enemies are frozen but most mobs are hard to freeze(or unfreezable),

while having her, emelie/nahida, bennett, and kazuha or other variations, she can have more dmg while the burning adds additional dmg! Just be careful of accidentally killing ur characters cause burn can be inflicted on yourself :)

On that last test you could clearly see her dmg wasn't 109k on every tick tho it only happened in 2/6 hits so that total dmg number is a bit misleading

Now there are speculations for skirk's artifacts. Probably 2pc Cryo damage bonus will be there. It'll be fun to use 2+2 cdb

I wish this was the case but, as you can already see from the video, the 109k dmg comes in sequence for every 3rd hit. That's the internal cool down (ICD) of pyro application so it's not 109k * 20(hit). Her cryo application just too fast for any current application. But this is still good dmg though.

its a good experiment, but imo this artifact set eats more character slot to be able to do that on ayaka because the artifact has an exact requirement to activate the buff. i think your ayaka can perform better with sword that give immediate buff without having to kill opponent first, iron sting, finale the deep, or even harbringer of dawn if you want crit DMG stat

while if we want more damage, simply having shenhe with ayaka on completely f2p weapons, an anemo character for VV -50% res, you can have the same damage amount without being restricted by burning status opponents

Kinda good, but i think it will be better with emily since she is going to do with burning reation, for me though, my ayaka use blizzard and hits 35k per tick even without freezing enemy so im too lazy to farm arti lol

Well yeah. As long as you have a good crit ratio anything if better than Blizzard.

I have some great sets for those artifacts just sitting there in case I wanted Emilie, from farming for Arlecchino. I was probably going to skip Emilie but this is a pretty good use case. I don't own Ayaya though, I don't think I ever will (I don't like her clunkiness).
Also this looks good on a showcase and on paper, but I bet the energy needs are really bad especially for Ayaka without a cryo battery.
The nahida benny burn team works really well with other cryos who can melt, especially those not dependent on their burst, such as Ganyu

I can't wait for Snehznaya, where freeze would be relevant again. My Ayaka has been benched for far too long now. The wholw fun of Ayaka's kit is that her burst is a meat grinder that takes out frozen enemies in an instant. This build doesn't give me that meat grinder satisfaction. 😞
