This table came in countless pieces and the directions were so complicated I never in a million years would have been able to figure out how to put it together without your video. Thanks to you I was able to put it together. Only issue was tightening the bolts, but read you have to use the two wrench one to hold the other to tighten. 😊

This is a truly excellent video. Had it not been for this video the Innova would be in the recycling bin now in all its heavy pieces. I've had a home inversion table that I assembled myself for years. I used Teeter for years, there are far fewer parts to assemble which is why their price is so high. I had a different brand for the 5 years I was in Aloha. I assembled at least 3 tables by myself in less than an hour per table, until now. It took me four days to assemble the Innova and I added padding to the footrest because otherwise I could not use it without shoes (see earthing videos I avoid shoes when possible). The Innova now works just as well as Teeter.



There were 2 major mistakes I made, 1 minor one. The major mistake was tightening the bolts too soon which made it almost impossible to attach the handles. The other major mistake I made was not fully opening the base all the way as far as it will spread apart (like an ironing board stand) which also made it harder to slip the handle bases on. The bolt tightening is in the instruction manual. Spreading the base is not, it has to be fully spread. I had difficulty lifting the back rest so I placed the base with newly installed handles on the floor and sat on a chair to line up the screw holes, the backrest does not "hang" without screws holding it. The back rest is also the heaviest part. Note that Innova provides an adjustable head rest, by changing the positions of the bolts behind it, that's not in the video but the other inversion boards do not have that cool feature.


I did not preview the video first, mistake. Had I done that I would have not spent hours trying to find the bolt I lost for the screw that is left over that does NOT go in the left center hole, it is an extra screw, what goes in the hole is the safety pin.


I have congenital scoliosis and degenerative spine disease. I do not use pharmaceuticals. So at times it is painful. Inversion more or less stops the pain, straightens my spine and energizes my body. The Innova has some additional safety features like the angle set, on Teeter I would always go 180° and at times did get stuck, alone. Fortunately I have strong arms.


I adjusted the height a few times before it would work, because the pre-printed numbers don't seem to have any relationship to my reality. I am 5'5" and weigh about 185, but if I put it on that weight it does not move, I had to shorten it to balance my body mass, it works like a teeter-totter.



I can now answer questions about assembly if anyone has them and I'll try to revise my Amazon review if they published it. ThanQ for your thoughtfulness in creating a better instructional video than the company that sells them!
