Hi baybaybesties! Bringing you through my current night routine that helps me wake up at 5am. I start my night routine around 5:30pm and go to sleep by 9:30pm. Unwinding early and having a solid night routine in place has made such a big difference in my overall productivity. I believe that if you want to wake up early then it all starts with your night and this is how I end mine. I'm not saying that I do this night routine every night but I try to do it pretty consistently at least during the week. Xoxo baybayhay

End work by 5:30pm
Close blinds
Change into comfy close
Light candles/turn on lamps
Cook dinner
Eat dinner and watch a show
Clean the kitchen - dishes, wipe counters, vacuum, laundry (if needed)
Shower or take a bath
Body & skincare routine
Plan the day and eat snacks
Make tea
Get into bed
Read/journal (write 3 amazing things that happened in the day and 2 things that would have made the day better in my 5 minute journal)
No social media after 8 pm
Brush teeth
Sleep by 9:30 pm
