I’ve been running the airlift 3P on my S550 for almost a year. I’ve had zero issues so far. But I also paid to have them professionally installed

I've had Airlift performance series struts with 3P on my daily 2SS Camaro for two summers and 2 harsh winters. Almost as long as I've had my car. I bought new and paid an airlift approved professional.

The only issue I've experienced is that one of my compressors began popping the 30A fuse. Turns out my check valve had seized. Which was basically just a matter of maintenance and a 20-minute fix. IF you have the SMC brand check valve. Those can be disassembled, cleaned and are reusable.

Like others have said. Buying used is a gamble. I'm part of various Airlift groups and most guys who post issues are the ones who installed their suspension themselves and/or bought used.

Always a crapshoot when you buy second hand from someone. Never know what you're really getting. Bags can be really reliable if installed correctly.

Bro, I think it's best to buy something like air suspension new and have it professionally installed. I'm sure you could handle it but for a piece of mind and insurance, I'd have it professionally installed

This is 1000% you not knowing what to do. You always want to run two compressors, that way if one breaks you can still air the car up and get to a shop. When you installed everything you always do a leak test. You may have not cut the line correctly when installing and that caused the leak. Take a bottle of soapy water and spray all your connections to look for bubbles. I have almost 90k miles on my bag setup and ive had minor issues over the years but just wear and tear items.

This needs to be professionally done if you have absolutely 0 experience in this field, one to many things can go wrong, good quality bags, in the wrong possession

Yo bro, I think you should take it to a pro and have him or her tell you where you went wrong in the install. No offense, I think you did all the work and you only have two bags that are leaking. That’s not too bad for a weekend mechanic. It may just be fittings aren’t seated right or not enough Teflon tape.
I want to say you would love AirLift (when it works properly) for it to work properly take it to someone and have them show you. Anyways, it would make great content 👍🏽👍🏽

I am a fan of your Ford Mustang, brother... try to go out with it more and make your car's exhaust sound more, and place the exhaust pipe of your car next to the front bumper to make it look beautiful.
