Great video. Try to see if you can find Channellock 349 Wiremaster linemans. Old timers i come acrosa that have them swear by them. Not sure why channellock stopped making them.

I'm currently hung up on Klein J2159CRTP high leverage hybrid side cutting pliers that I really like and like you, I have several pairs of Klein's including my 1st pair I bought in Oct of 1971 and they still cut like butter ... Thx

Because of how much you were happy with the Snap on 7” pliers. I got a set & love them. I find myself holding them even when I don’t need them 😆

I have a vintage set of 6” USA made UTICA linesman pliers that were my main pliers as a low voltage tech because they were lighter weight than 8” Kleins. I have no idea where I found them but from the markings they were made in the 60’s. I’m out of the trades now but I keep them cleaned and use them every chance I get at the workbench and around the house.

Just feel into the real world tool reviews rabbit hole . Glad I did opened my eyes and got me excited about cheap old tools that just work ! Looks like I’m late to the party and I hope you are about to keep putting videos out I think they have a valuable space on YouTube . As an industrial electrician I’ve been on the hunt for classic linesman, side cutter and needle nose pliers!
