Can't tell if this dance is a genuine workout or if my chronic pain is worse than I thought it was. Thank you Miku.
Edit 3 days later: i am slowly learning day by day. Soon i will be able to do this dance with only mild pain. Thank you Miku.
Edit ≈2 month later: I am close to doing the dance almost perfectly every time. There's still a few parts that I need to learn but considering the fact that I didn't do the dance for like 4 weeks and I still remember it is pretty good.
