there's two types of open world games: the procedurally generated one like gta V where you can piss off a crowd but if you run away you can pretend everything is normal,
and the bethesda games where if you panic the npcs in a city and mayhem breaks out, you've messed up your save and have to reload.

Harvested organs? I personally got caught up in some crazy stuff way to early and now have 2 legendary weapons and a legendary helmet at lvl 10

Damn this game is ugly. Those character designs make me laugh. Somebody needs to tell Bethesda it’s not 2005 anymore.
