I thought that it was confirmed that the seabed was full of iron which fucked with the direction of the magnets in the compasses making it impossible to navigate by ship, leading to TONS of missing ship cases.

Ok so that explains the planes going down but a squadron of American fighter jets went into the triangle and we're heading to an airbase in Florida but they were 40 minutes away then they flew into clouds that made the shape of a vortex and when they escaped the clouds they saw the airbase but the pilots said that they were only in the clouds for about 1 minute
