my 4k hdr rips are just lagging in mpc hc even before i tried these settings but mpc be works fine with 4k . any idea why? all i did on mpc be was activtate hardware acceleration and everything was fine lol

Hey I fallow your instruction and when I put hdr pass etc and hit apply I get black screen I cand hear the sound and stop but everything its black and I can't change it back cand you help me pls

Under miscellaneous there is an option to Export Settings, i've done that. Now do i Import/Apply them after i've reinstalled it again?

I was looking to follow your guide, and I am thinking about putting a 1030 into my HTPC. Would it be enough to upscale high bitrate content to 4k? Obviously only at 24hz/fps.

Why does NVIDIA no 24 progressive in graphics card
The movies look awful aiming NVIDIA driver at 24 FPS
The films are not sharp, the picture sometimes shakes too much
The colors are unnatural!

Check with OPPO and you will see a difference
$ 1500 for a video card and there is no 24 progressive?

madVR shit did not help at all. i6700k, 2080 RTX and can't play the damn 8k 60 fps via mpc-hc 1.9x. Youtube works well with 8k60. Shit shit and damn shit. Just time wasted. Uinstalling madVR crap. Too much confusion btw. No file should be tweaked like that with post-processing etc. Should be good to view by default. Anyway, thanks for the effort to help.
