Ought to redo this one where you are on the test drive looking thru the gunner's sight when you changing the PostFX settings. The changes are dramatic. Default setting leave you literally legally blind. Also all the taletales they added to the game recently. The huge exhaust plume. Muzzle flashes and smoke. The way vehicles kind of stand out as dark shapes in 3rd person. And so on.

You forgot to mention the god setting... aka ULQ mode.

What helped me a lot is increasing sharpness in nvidia panel, so now i can pixels sticking out better, also bigger minotor helps also

Too be honest I find it a lot better to rely on Hearing rather then sight. Especially at close range urban combat

I prefer realistic, but I do have a hard time spotting stuff, I do own some top tier stuff, and thermals have helped a lot and shown me what to look for, and now I can go back to lower tiers and be more comfortable
