I think introverted people would actually benefit more from loneliness than extroverts. Introverts need more time alone to be at peace and "recharge" so to speak. Yes there can be some times when being social would be good but it's not critical for their happiness though.

Tbh I use to feel lonely alot and I would get depressed I am kinda of a loner but now I love being alone you know playing games, Watching TV/Anime and going out on my own, etc but I hate feeling lonely tbh I hope to find someone so I won’t have to be by myself when I go out on my own I do have friends but sometimes I prefer to go out on my own and be by myself it’s nice 👍
