If all countries did not require loans IMF and world bank would not exist. Their existence depends on distressed indebted countries where they lend countries for hevty returns. So their idea is to keep countries dependent and not independent financially. Thats why Africa will always be poor. Our leaders need to wake up. Africa needs 52 Traore burkina faso President who nows what it takes to be a true leader of the people not these fake wheel barrow, mama mboga who then end up building places for themselves and enriching themselves. " A leader who builds a placae for themselves will never build a palace for the people". Let that sink in Kenyans and see how we have been taken for a ride by these fake presidents since independence with the excpetion of Kiibaki
