Make ahead: Individually wrap each bagel bomb in plastic wrap, then place in an airtight container. Freeze for up to 3 months. For best results, let thaw in the fridge overnight then reheat in a 350°F oven until warmed through.

How should I freeze them? After that water bath or after they are actually done? Because I buy the bagel balls frozen here at the supermarket and I'd love to have the homemade frozen always in hand...

Hi Tessa, I recook your recipe, and somehow my Bagel turns out crisps outside but wet inside. I have added another 15 mins at 375 F after 20 mins of baking at 425F, but the inside was still runny. FYI, my cream cheese was not frozen when I put it inside the bomb. What do you think is the cause of my failure ?
