you do not use any flashing at the top, yet you put tape @ the bottom, how do you know the water will run outside and not inside??? When I was a young man using roofing barbs to nail windows, was definitely a nono, use pan head screws, and check the function of the window "BEFORE" you nail it off! The only thing that protects this window from leaking is the overhang!!!!
