This is one of two presentations on this particular topic delivered at the 2012 Convocation of Experts in Laboratory Quality. European Laboratory Quality experts gathered in Cologne, Germany in June 2012 to discuss the key issues facing the quality of clinical laboratory results, and to provide advanced ideas on how to overcome those challenges.
