I have a 4070 TI Super and only use it on a 1440p 170 Hz display and I lock the FPS to 120.
This way the GPU has tons of overhead in intensive areas in each game.

The ultra screen space reflection settings are broken on Nvidia GPUs. Just switch them to High (and Volumetrics on Medium) and you'll get around 80-100fps at DLSS quality at 4k on the TI Super.

Honestly for a mid range card, it performed much better than i expected.
Also, nobody should use ultra presets, they've never been worth it for the performance hit and often you cant even tell the difference.

With lossless scaling u can get up to 4x frams extra.with 4070ti super at 4k native got 150 fps in god of war ragnarok

I'm here because I can't decide on this card or a 4080 Super build next Feb or March. I game in 1440p so not too concerned about needing 4K but videos like this help. I'm still not sure if the 4080 Super is worth an extra $300. It's not looking like it.

I've been using DLSS Quality for 4k gaming on my RTX 2080 in Hogwarts Legacy, and it runs decently well. I can't enable the highest settings, but the fact that the 2080 can function as a 4k card speaks to NVIDIA's power!

got the none super edition and at 2k it exceeded my expectations.
i bought the damn thing for just about 1000 euro if they had the human decency to price this at say 800, it would have made everyone happy
