1/2 cup (55-60g) unsweetened dark chocolate
1/8 cup erythritol (or 1 1/2 tbsp. swerve or 1/4 tsp liquid stevia)
2 egg whites
1/2 cup heavy cream

Tips for the Creamiest Keto Chocolate Mousse :

To raise the egg white to soft peaks, make sure you bring it to room temperature before you whip it. You’ll have a hard time fluffing it if straight from the fridge.

When whipping heavy cream, the opposite applies; make sure it’s at fridge temperature. The colder it is, the more it will increase in volume, which means a spongier mousse!

I really want to make this recipe😍.
I love that you used store cupboard ingredients.
But I've never worked with raw eggs...
Also the last recipe you posted was delicious. The low carb chocolate pudding is perfect for meal prep. I multiplied the ingredients by 4 and it fit into x6 ramekins. They look so decadent, I'm thinking of topping them with chocolate curls and serving them to guests.😋
